FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Choosing your support

We primarily work with established businesses generating $500K–$10M annually. Our clients typically have employees and a desire to improve their business performance and leadership.

Consulting examines a business problem and helps shape practical recommendations. Coaching uses questions, reflection and practice to strengthen your own judgment and follow-through. An engagement may combine both, depending on the agreed scope.

Business consulting focuses on how the business works: operations, systems, priorities and performance. Executive & Leadership Development focuses on how you lead: decisions, delegation, communication and developing others. These often connect. We consider the overlap before recommending the support that fits.

No. Start with what is happening in your business and what you want to change. We can discuss whether a Strategic Clarity Session, Build It Right: 90-Day Strategic Partnership, The Trusted Advisor, or The Leadership Table is a good fit. Explore our business consulting and advisory services.

Yes. The Strategic Clarity Session is a private 90-minute conversation focused on a specific business decision, challenge, or opportunity. You receive a concise summary of key decisions, priorities, and recommended next steps. You and your team take ownership of putting those next steps into practice.

Working together

We focus on a manageable set of priorities and agree on your involvement before starting. The time needed depends on the work and support you choose. You or an internal lead will need time to make decisions and carry agreed actions forward between meetings.

Team involvement can be included in the agreed scope when it helps us understand the work or put changes into practice. We confirm the participants, responsibilities and level of support in your proposal. You and your team remain responsible for running the business.

We look at role expectations, skills, workload, processes and leadership to understand what is affecting performance. That helps you see whether the need is clearer responsibilities, training, better support or a closer look at role fit. Staffing decisions remain yours.

We help clarify priorities, guide decisions, review progress, and support accountability. Owners and their teams generally lead implementation. When hands-on technical or operational work is needed, we can discuss a separate project or appropriate specialist support.
