MEET CONNIE ROMERO
I’m a business consultant, leadership coach and co-founder of Creating Greatness. Fourteen years in air traffic control shaped the way I think about responsibility, communication and preparing people for the work.
In business, the systems and the people have to work together. That’s why we look at both what needs to change and how you lead your team through it.
