Event Refund Policy
We offer a 1-hour money-back guarantee for all event tickets. If you attend the event and are not satisfied within the first hour, you may request a full refund.
- To be eligible, you must be physically present (or logged in for virtual events) and notify our team within the first hour.
- Refund requests made after the first hour will not be honored.
- No-show tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person for the same event.
1:1 Private Coaching — 30-Day Guarantee
All 1:1 coaching partnerships (Clarity, Momentum, and Legacy) include our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: if within the first 30 days you do not feel this is the right fit, for any reason, you walk away with everything we have built together and only pay for the sessions completed.
Mastermind Circles — Risk-Free First Session
We are so confident that this experience will change the way you run your business that we are making your first session risk-free. Show up, sit in the Circle, experience the coaching, the community, and the energy.
If you decide it is not for you, we will refund your investment minus a small $250 administrative fee. No hard feelings. No awkward conversations. Just clarity.
Transfer Option
If you are unable to participate after enrolling but before the program starts, you may transfer your spot to another qualified participant or defer your enrollment to a future cohort, subject to availability and approval.
Exceptional Circumstances
If you experience an unforeseen emergency prior to the program start date, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis and may offer a credit toward a future program.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
