1. Event Refund Policy

We offer a 1-hour money-back guarantee for all event
tickets. If you attend the event and are not satisfied within the first hour,
you may request a full refund.

To be eligible for the refund, you must be physically
present (or logged in, for virtual events) and notify our team within the first
hour of the event.

Refund requests made after the first hour will not be
honored.

If you do not attend the event (no-show), tickets are
non-refundable but may be transferred to another person for the same event notification
of transferred tickets must be submitted in writing to

All event refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]
at the event and within the first hour of the event, with proof of attendance.

2. Private Coaching Refund Policy

We offer a satisfaction guarantee for private coaching: If
you attend your first two scheduled coaching sessions and are not satisfied,
you may request a full refund of your program fee.

To qualify, you must attend both sessions in full and submit
your refund request within 1 hour after your second session.

If you do not attend the first two sessions (no-shows or
cancellations without proper notice), the refund guarantee does not apply, and
a cancellation fee will be charged as outlined in contract.

Refunds are not available after the second session has been
completed, except as required by law.

3. Group coaching and mastermind programs:

We want you to feel confident in your investment and fully
committed to your growth. Our refund policy for group coaching and mastermind
programs is as follows:

No Refunds Policy:

Due to the nature of group coaching and mastermind
programs—which rely on group dynamics, shared resources, and limited
enrollment—7 days before program begins, all payments are non-refundable. We
encourage you to consider your readiness and commitment before enrolling. This
policy supports accountability and honors the commitment of all participants.

Transfer Option:

If you are unable to participate after enrolling but before
the program starts, you may transfer your spot to another qualified participant
or defer your enrollment to a future cohort, subject to availability and
approval. Any transfers or enrollment to future cohorts must be submitted in writing
via email.

Exceptional Circumstances:

If you experience an unforeseen emergency prior to the
program start date, please contact us as soon as possible. While refunds are
generally not offered, we will review requests on a case-by-case basis and may
offer a credit toward a future program.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Events: Tickets are non-refundable after the first hour of
the event. However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket
to another individual by notifying us at least 24 hours before the event start
time.

Private Coaching: If you wish to cancel your coaching
program after booking please review the coaching agreement and contact us to
facilitate a refund or rescheduling.

Session Rescheduling: To reschedule a private coaching
session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less
than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.

4. How to Request a Refund or Transfer

To request a refund or transfer, please email [email protected]
with your name, event or program details, and reason for the request.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment
method within 5–7 business days.

5. Additional Terms

Our policies are designed to be fair and transparent,
ensuring a positive experience for all clients while respecting the time and
preparation involved in our services.

By purchasing a ticket or enrolling in a program, you agree
