Welcome to Creating Greatness LLC ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and any additional terms referenced herein or available by hyperlink. You represent that you are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Responsible Use and Conduct

You agree to use our resources only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations. You may be required to provide accurate and current information during registration and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
You agree not to:
Access resources through automated or unauthorized means
Disrupt or interfere with our website or networks
Copy, reproduce, sell, or exploit our resources without permission
Post or share content that is illegal, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or otherwise objectionable
Impersonate any person or entity, including our employees or representatives
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable, and to suspend or terminate your access at our discretion.

User-Generated Content

Content you post via open communication tools (e.g., forums, comments) becomes our property, granting us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content. This does not apply to information provided for registration or service use, which is covered by our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for your content and agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your submissions. We are not liable for user-generated content but may remove it at our discretion.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. We do not share mobile or contact information with third parties for marketing purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to provide messaging services. Information may be shared with subcontractors for support services as permitted by law.

While our founder and master coach is a licensed professional, the content and services offered are not a substitute for individualized advice from your own legal, financial, medical, psychological, or other licensed professionals, unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement specific to your situation.
All coaching and consulting services are delivered in accordance with the highest professional and ethical standards applicable to our licensure. However, participation in our programs does not, by itself, establish a client-professional relationship for purposes outside the agreed coaching or consulting scope.

AI Coaching Assistant Disclaimer

Our mobile application includes Chloe, an AI-powered coaching assistant. Chloe is designed to support your business growth by providing guidance based on Creating Greatness’ proprietary coaching frameworks.

Please be aware that:

  • Chloe is an artificial intelligence tool, not a licensed professional. Her responses are generated by AI and guided by coaching frameworks developed by Creating Greatness LLC.
  • Chloe does not provide legal, financial, medical, psychological, or tax advice. For matters requiring professional expertise, consult a qualified licensed professional.
  • While Chloe retains context from your conversations to provide personalized support, she may occasionally produce responses that are imprecise or incomplete. Use your professional judgment when acting on any guidance.
  • Chloe’s coaching support does not replace the direct guidance of Coach Connie Romero or any other licensed professional engaged through our services.

By using Chloe, you acknowledge that you understand these limitations and agree to use the AI coaching assistant as a supplementary tool within the broader Creating Greatness coaching ecosystem.

Free Trial & Subscription Terms

We may offer a free trial period for premium features of our mobile application. By starting a free trial:

  • You will have full access to premium features for the duration of the trial period (currently 7 days)
  • At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the trial expires
  • You may cancel your trial at any time before the trial period ends to avoid being charged

For paid subscriptions:

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) based on the plan you select
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until that date
  • Subscription fees are subject to change. We will provide reasonable notice of any price changes before they take effect
  • Subscription management and cancellation can be done through the app, by contacting us at connie@creatinggreatnessllc.com, or through your payment provider

Refund Policy

App subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel a subscription, your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle. Coaching programs (including 1:1 Private Coaching and Mastermind Circle memberships) are subject to the satisfaction guarantee outlined in the applicable service agreement. Please refer to your specific program agreement or visit our Satisfaction Guarantee page for details. Refunds for other purchases are handled on a case-by-case basis. Limitation of Warranties

All resources are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that:
  • Resources will meet your needs
  • Resources will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • Information is accurate or reliable
  • Defects will be corrected
Downloading or obtaining content and services are at your own risk. No advice or information creates any warranty unless expressly stated in this Agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid, if any, for products or services. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of our resources, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is our intellectual property and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited unless expressly permitted.

Mobile Application License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use our mobile application on a device that you own or control, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

You agree not to:

  • Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
  • Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the application
  • Use the application for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the application or its systems

Your license to use the application is automatically revoked if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by us at any time.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our website or resources at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use our resources ceases immediately, and we may delete your account and information.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles or the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
